Why is the sound not loud enough when used with a memory foam pillow?

Memory foam pillows are denser and tend to absorb sound more than other types of pillows. This can reduce the perceived volume from the PEACE Duo speaker. For better results, we recommend placing the speaker closer to the edge of the pillow or using a softer, less dense pillow material. Our engineering team has carefully tuned the speaker for optimal performance, but pillow material can still affect the sound experience. Does PEACE Duo overheat under the pillow?

PEACE is designed for safe, low-temperature operation during sleep. Both the battery and internal components are equipped with built-in temperature protection (NTC), which helps regulate heat and ensures the device stays within a safe operating range.

Why does the PEACE Duo pillow speaker keep playing the same song repeatedly when using the Micro SD card?

By default, the PEACE Duo pillow speaker is set to loop a single song. This design helps create a consistent and calming sound environment that encourages relaxation and better sleep. Sudden changes in melody or rhythm can make the brain stay alert, while repeating the same soothing sound signals to your body that it’s time to rest. If you prefer to play all the songs stored on your Micro SD card, simply triple-press the “Volume –” button to switch to playlist loop mode. The speaker will then cycle through all your tracks instead of repeating one.

Does the PEACE Duo speaker have a sleep timer?

Yes! It features a 3-timer option—set it for 30 mins, 1 hour, or 2 hours. This ensures you can fall asleep naturally without worrying about turning it off, helping to save battery life while you rest.

Is PEACE Duo safe for people concerned about Bluetooth exposure during sleep?

Yes. PEACE Duo supports both Bluetooth and Micro SD playback modes.

For users who prefer a phone-free and Bluetooth-free sleep experience, PEACE Duo can play audio directly from the included Micro SD card without requiring an active Bluetooth connection overnight.

The included Micro SD card comes pre-loaded with approximately 4 hours of carefully selected sleep sounds, including:

What pillows work best with PEACE Duo?

Does PEACE Duo work for tinnitus masking or relaxation sounds?

Yes. Many users use PEACE Duo for calming nighttime audio, including nature sounds, white noise, meditation, and tinnitus masking soundscapes.

Can my partner hear the sound?

PEACE Duo is designed for private nighttime listening with significantly less sound leakage than phone speakers or TV audio. Some sound may still be heard at higher volume levels, but the listening experience remains much more localized around the pillow area.

Can I use PEACE Duo with a cervical pillow?

Yes! PEACE Duo works well with cervical pillows. For best results, place the speakers near where your ears rest, slightly off-center if your pillow has a hole. Adjust placement until it feels comfortable and balanced for clear, private sound.

So its not bone conduction like it says on the website, it has audio drivers. I understand its hard to make thru pillow bone conduction speakers, but if its not, dont advertise it as.

PEACE does use bone conduction technology, but unlike traditional bone conduction headphones that make direct contact with the user's skin, PEACE is designed to transmit vibrations through the pillow surface. The bone conduction transducers are housed inside the speaker and work by creating vibrations that travel through the pillow material to your ears.

Because the listening experience depends on factors such as pillow type, thickness, material, and speaker placement, it can feel different from conventional bone conduction headphones worn on the head.

Husband loves this

Just a speaker with no actual outlet for sound, does not seem to use any kind of noise transference or bone conduction. Only way to hear through a pillow is to have it full volume, high enough that others can hear it. May as well just use a regular Bluetooth speaker or pillow speaker. Packaging and design appears to be decent but does not work as described and is not fit for purpose.

Positioning the speaker closer to where your ear rests usually makes a significant difference, especially with denser pillows.

Many nights I listen to audiobooks to fall asleep…ear buds is what I used but I found in the middle of the night I would wake up when I turned over because the earbud would hurt my ear. When I saw this speaker system on Grommet I decided to try it. I love it. I can listen without earbuds hurting my ears and my husband can’t hear it even though he’s right beside me. Great product !
