Will the magnet attach to my Otterbox thick case?

If your phone case is thicker than 3mm, the magnetic connection may not be strong enough to securely hold your phone. Therefore, we do not recommend using the Jabees MagMount Flex phone holder with thick cases like those from OtterBox.
